Avoid installing duplicate applications which does the same functions...Also avoid installation of software which are above your PC requirements. Sometimes we install applications we don't use on our PC's...because a lot of installed applications create a lot of processes on your PC which use most of your memory(Ram) and that slows down your computer.

While we are still here I want to highlight that you do not need to change settings you do not understand in the bios as you may have big problems like your computer failing to boot.

In your BIOS, enable legacy support so that your usb memory stick can be listed in the boot device menu which can always be accessed through “F9” hotkey. Now that you configured your bios, you will need a piece of software called windows to usb (WinToUsb) and install it on your computer. Insert your usb memory stick in your PC and open WinToUsb software, browse and select your windows image then click next….Start the process until it finishes then you are done preparing your portable windows operating system.

Now restart your Pc so that it starts from your usb as configured in your bios settings, when it starts personalize settings the same way you do setting up your Pc for the first time then you are now ready to run windows from usb memory stick.

So if it does not start from your usb after you restart, during the restart process press “f9” repeatedly to access boot device menu then select your listed usb from the list so that you can start from it. If your usb is not listed, you did not configure legacy support in your bios then check your settings and follow the steps again.

Remember that most forms you will find that not all pages are signed but some of them...then you will use foxit to extract the pages which need to be filled only one by one and rename them according to their page number as per the original file. Then print them only...sign and scan them back to the Pc again and rename their page numbers as appropriate. Now open foxit again and merge the scanned files with the original file and reorder then according to their sequence...then export then and you are done.

First you will open your word document and save it as pdf, then open the pdf document using foxit pdf editor that you downloaded and installed on your PC. So now click print on the menu bar of foxit editor then a dialogue like the one below will pop up……then select grayscale then OK. Now your document will start printing from your HP Deskjet Printer.

Enter the amount of space you want to shrink then click “Shrink”. Remember you did not yet created a partition but created the space for your new partition, Then on the the same drives screen you will now see the space you shrinked from drive “c” then that space will be used to create your new partition. Now that we have space for our new partition....Right click that new “Unallocated space” that you shrinked then click “Create partition” so now you can select the whole unallocated or even create two partitions on it by allocating the size of your new partition....Now you can click “create” then your new partition will be now created and will appear on the list of drives available on your pc.
